Transactions
The Transactions tab provides metrics focused on the volume and value of purchase activity recorded during the selected period.
KPIs
Volume
Total value of spending transactions during the selected period, expressed in the program currency.
Represents the aggregate commercial turnover processed through the loyalty program and is the primary indicator of overall business performance within Spraed.
Average Transaction Value
Average amount spent per purchase during the selected period.
Tracks typical basket size at the transaction level. This metric also appears in the Overview tab; the Transactions tab provides it in the context of the full transaction dataset for deeper comparison.
Transactions per Customer
Average number of transactions per customer during the selected period.
Measures visit frequency. A rising value indicates customers are returning more often, which is a strong signal of loyalty program effectiveness.
