The Reports & Insights section gives you visibility into how your loyalty program is performing. Spraed automatically produces analytics, transaction records, and financial documents on a scheduled basis — no manual exports or configuration required.
What's available

Who sees what
Business administrators have access to all reporting features. Data covers the entire program across all participating merchants.
Merchants have access to Insights and Statements scoped to their own store activity. Settlement and billing documents are managed at the Business level.
