Program Setup
Once your program type and structure have been defined during onboarding, the Program Setup section is where you configure the rules that govern how your loyalty program operates.
Access the settings at any time by tapping the gear icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
What you can configure

| Program Name & General Settings | Name your program and set transfer and settlement options |
| Earning Rules | Define how members accumulate benefits |
| Burning Rules | Define how members redeem their benefits |
| Commissions | Set merchant commission rates and splitting (Coalition only) |
| Regulation | Upload the official program regulation document |
| Poster | Generate the in-store sign-up poster |
Before you begin
Your program type (cashback, points, or stamps) and structure (Single Brand or Coalition) were set during onboarding and cannot be changed after activation. All settings in this section operate within those constraints.

Complete the configuration in the order shown above. Earning and burning rules depend on the program type you selected at onboarding.
