Customers

The Customers tab provides metrics on customer engagement and behavioral patterns during the selected period.

KPIs

Active Customers

Number of customers who made at least one purchase or redeemed a benefit during the selected period.

Measures the portion of your enrolled base that is actively interacting with the program.

New Customers

Number of customers who enrolled in the program and performed at least one transaction during the selected period.

Distinguishes customers who have taken at least one action after joining from those who enrolled but have not yet transacted.

Dormant Customers

Number of enrolled customers who did not perform any transactions during the selected period.

Highlights the portion of your base that is inactive. A rising dormant count relative to active customers may signal a need for re-engagement campaigns.

Distributions

Transactions by Day of Week

Shows transaction volume for each day of the week, highlighting which day recorded the highest activity in the current and previous periods.

Useful for scheduling promotions, staffing, and push notification timing.

Active Customers by Age Group

Breaks down transaction activity by customer age range, surfacing which demographic generated the most transactions during the selected period.

Helps tailor communication tone and offer types to the most engaged segments.

Transactions by Time of Day

Shows transaction volume grouped by time slot throughout the day, identifying the busiest part of the day in the current and previous periods.

Useful for planning time-limited promotions and optimizing operational coverage.
