Statements
A statement is a weekly transaction record that summarizes all loyalty program activity recorded during the previous calendar week. Statements are produced automatically by Spraed and require no manual action.
Who receives statements
Both Business administrators and Merchants receive statements.
- Business statements cover all transactions across every participating merchant in the program.
- Merchant statements cover only the transactions recorded at that merchant's own store or stores. The document layout is identical but the data is scoped accordingly.
Each statement is addressed to its recipient and generated by a dedicated background process. Business and Merchant statements are produced independently.
Schedule
Statements are generated automatically during the early hours of Monday morning and cover activity from Monday through Sunday of the preceding week. A new statement is available every Monday.
Format
Statements are issued in PDF format. CSV format is planned for a future release.
Contents
Each statement includes:
- Header: Spraed's details as the issuing party, and the recipient's name and registered address.
- Period: The exact date range covered by the statement (e.g., 05/01/2026 to 11/01/2026).
- Transaction table: One row per transaction, with the following columns:

The redeemed columns adapt to the program type. For a Points program, the table shows the number of points redeemed and their equivalent monetary value. For a Cashback program, it shows the cashback amount redeemed. For a Stamps program, it reflects completed collections and the corresponding reward value.
- Totals row: A summary row at the end of the last page showing aggregate values for all columns.
Accessing statements
Statements are available in the Spraed mobile app under the program page, in the Statements section. Each statement can be viewed and downloaded directly from the app.
