Benefits

The Benefits tab shows metrics specific to the reward type configured in your program. The KPIs displayed depend on whether your program runs on Cashback, Points, or Stamps.

Cashback programs

Issued Cashback

Total cashback paid out to customers during the selected period.

Represents the total monetary value of rewards earned across all transactions. This is the primary cost indicator for cashback programs.

Redeemed Cashback

Total cashback redeemed by customers during the selected period.

Tracks how much of the issued cashback has been actively spent by customers at the point of sale.

Available Cashback

Total unused cashback currently held by customers.

The difference between issued and redeemed cashback. A large available balance can represent both future engagement potential and a pending liability.

Redemption Rate

Cashback redemption rate relative to total cashback issued, expressed as a percentage.

A higher rate indicates customers are actively using their rewards rather than letting them accumulate.

Average Cashback per Customer

Average cashback earned per customer during the selected period.

Useful for benchmarking reward generosity relative to your customer base size.

Points programs

Issued Points

Total points issued to customers during the selected period.

Reflects the aggregate reward output of the program based on earning rule calculations applied to transactions.

Redeemed Points

Total points redeemed for benefits by customers during the selected period.

Tracks the consumption side of the points economy within the program.

Available Points

Total unredeemed points currently held by customers.

Represents the outstanding reward liability of the program. Monitoring this value helps anticipate future redemption demand.

Redemption Rate

Points redemption rate relative to total points issued, expressed as a percentage.

Indicates how actively customers are converting accumulated points into tangible benefits.

Average Points per Customer

Average points earned per customer during the selected period.

Provides a normalized view of reward distribution across the active customer base.

Stamps programs

Issued Stamps

Total stamps awarded to customers during the selected period.

Tracks collection progress across the entire customer base. Each stamp corresponds to a qualifying purchase of the tracked product.

Completed Collections

Number of customers who completed a full stamp collection during the selected period.

A completed collection means the customer reached the configured target (10 or 12 stamps) and earned the free product reward. This is the primary conversion metric for stamps programs.

Average Stamps per Customer

Average number of stamps collected per customer during the selected period.

Shows how far along the typical customer is in their collection. Useful for estimating how close the customer base is to a redemption wave.
