Invoices

Spraed automatically issues invoices for the service charges applied to your loyalty program. Invoices are generated when a payment is successfully processed and require no manual action.

Who receives invoices

Depending on the billing configuration of the program, invoices may be issued to the Business only, or to both the Business and individual Merchants. When Merchants are billed directly, each receives their own invoice for their share of the charges.

Generation

An invoice is created automatically when the corresponding charge is successfully collected. No invoice is issued for failed or pending charges.

Format

Invoices are issued in PDF format.

Accessing invoices

Invoices are available in the Spraed mobile app under the program page, in the Invoices section. Each invoice can be viewed and downloaded directly from the app.
