Overview
The Overview tab provides a high-level summary of program activity for the selected period. It is the default landing tab when you open the Insights module.
KPIs
Enrollments
Total number of customers enrolled in the program during the selected period.
Use this metric to monitor acquisition momentum and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding campaigns.
Average Transaction Value
Average amount spent per purchase during the selected period.
Tracks the typical basket size across all transactions recorded in the program.
Customers with Redemptions
Number of customers who redeemed at least one benefit during the selected period.
Indicates how actively customers are engaging with the reward side of the program, not just accumulating benefits.
Transactions
Number of transactions recorded during the selected period.
Monitors overall activity volume and helps identify trends in purchase frequency over time.
