Content Management
Spraed gives businesses a set of editorial tools to publish content directly inside the app, keeping members informed and engaged beyond transactional interactions.
Content types

Targeting
All content types share the same targeting system. By default, a piece of content is visible to all users. You can narrow the audience using one or more of the following filters:

|---|---|
| Program | Restrict visibility to users enrolled in a specific program type (e.g. Cashback, Points, Stamps) |
| Shape | Restrict to users in a Single Brand or Coalition program |
| Audience | Restrict by user profile (e.g. Business, Merchant) |
| Visibility | Restrict to members of a specific program by ID. When left empty, content is visible across all programs |
Filters can be combined. A content item with both a Program filter and a Visibility filter will only appear to users who match both conditions.
Publishing
Content is published immediately upon saving. There is no draft or review workflow at this time. Plan and review your content before submitting.
