Stamps Earning Rules
Stamps programs work differently from cashback and points. Members collect one stamp per purchase of a defined product, and receive that product for free once they reach the target number of stamps.
Configuration fields
Product name
The name of the product members are collecting stamps for. This name appears on the member's digital stamp card in the app.
Examples: Coffee, Gelato, Smoothie, Croissant
Keep it short and recognizable. This is what members see every time they open the app.
Commercial value
The commercial value of the product in the program currency. This is used to calculate the cost of the reward.
Example: if the product is a coffee priced at €2.00, set this field to 2.00.
Reward target
The number of stamps a member must collect to earn the free product. Two options are available:
| Target | Description |
|---|---|
| 10 stamps | Member earns a free product after 10 purchases |
| 12 stamps | Member earns a free product after 12 purchases |
How earning works
Each qualifying purchase adds one stamp to the member's card. When the member reaches the reward target, the stamp card completes and the reward becomes redeemable. The redemption process is configured in Stamps Burning Rules.
Example configuration
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Product name | Coffee |
| Commercial value | €2.00 |
| Reward target | 10 stamps |
With this configuration, a member who buys 10 coffees earns their 11th coffee for free.
