Program Regulation
Some countries require loyalty programs to publish an official regulation document that outlines the program terms, member rights, and operating rules. In Italy, for example, this is a legal requirement.
Uploading the regulation
- Prepare your regulation document in PDF format.
- Go to Settings > Regulation.
- Upload the PDF.
Once uploaded, the document is immediately accessible to all program participants -- both members and merchants -- directly from the app.
Who can see it
The regulation is visible to:
- Members -- accessible from their account settings in the app
- Merchants -- accessible from their merchant portal
There is no approval step. The document is published as-is at upload time.
Updating the regulation
You can replace the regulation document at any time by uploading a new PDF. The previous version is replaced immediately. If your program operates in a jurisdiction where version history or dated publication is required, maintain your own archive externally.
Spraed provides the infrastructure to publish and distribute your regulation document. The legal content of the document and its compliance with applicable law is your responsibility.
