Merchant Onboarding

Merchant onboarding is invitation-driven. You cannot start it independently — it begins automatically when you accept an invitation sent by the Business running the coalition you are joining.

If you have not received an invitation, contact the Business directly.

Step 1 — Your profile​

Enter your personal details:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Phone number

Tap Continue.

Business profile switch

You do not need to enable the "This is a business profile" switch. Merchant onboarding is triggered by your invitation, not by this setting.

Step 2 — Business details​

Enter the VAT number of the merchant entity you are registering. Spraed validates it against the VAT number on file in your invitation — they must match.

If validation succeeds, your merchant profile is created and linked to the coalition program automatically.

Onboarding is complete. You can now access your merchant dashboard, where you can manage transactions, view your performance reports, and run merchant-level promotions within the coalition program.

VAT mismatch

If you receive a validation error, check that you are entering the VAT number for the correct legal entity. Contact the Business if the issue persists — they may need to update the VAT number on your invitation.
