Business Onboarding
Business onboarding sets up your brand identity and loyalty program. It takes about five minutes to complete.
Step 1 — Your profile
Enter your personal details:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
Enable the "This is a business profile" switch. This tells Spraed you are setting up as a Business and unlocks the business-specific steps that follow.
Tap Continue.
Step 2 — Program shape
Choose how your loyalty program is structured:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Single Brand | "I would like to create a program for my brand." — You own and operate all the participating locations yourself. |
| Coalition | "I'd like to create a loyalty program for a coalition of brands." — You aggregate multiple independent brands under one program. |

Step 3 — Program type
Select the reward mechanism for your program. Options include:
- Cashback
- Points
- Stamps
- Stored Value
- Membership
- Tiers
- Subscriptions
- Network Coupons

Tap Continue.
Step 4 — Business details
Enter your VAT number. Spraed looks up your company automatically and populates:
- Legal name
- Beneficial owners
- Registered address
- Operating addresses
Review the information and confirm it is correct, then tap Continue.
Onboarding is complete. You are taken to your Business dashboard where you can finish configuring your program, invite merchants (if you chose Coalition), and start acquiring members.
