Individual Onboarding

Individual onboarding connects you to the loyalty program of a participating store. You will need to be at a physical location (or have access to the store's QR code) to complete the process.

Step 1 — Your profile​

Enter your personal details:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Phone number

Leave the "This is a business profile" switch off.

Tap Continue.

Step 2 — Scan the QR code​

You see the prompt:

"Scan the QR code you found in the store to complete the registration and activate your profile."

Use the in-app scanner to scan the QR code displayed at the participating store. The code identifies the loyalty program you are joining.

Step 3 — Confirm and join​

The app shows you the name of the program associated with the QR code. Review it and tap Join to confirm.

Onboarding is complete. Your loyalty account for that program is now active. You can find your digital loyalty card in the app and start earning rewards immediately.

Join more programs

You can join additional programs at any time by scanning a QR code at another participating store. Go to Profile → Scan to open the scanner.
