Single Brand Programs

A Single Brand program is the simplest way to run loyalty on Spraed. One brand, one program, one or more store locations — all under unified management.

Who it's for​

Single Brand is the right model if:

  • You own and operate all the stores in your network (e.g. a retail chain, a restaurant group, a franchise)
  • You want your customers to earn and spend benefits exclusively within your brand
  • You want full control over the program without coordinating with external partners

How it works​

When a customer makes a purchase at any of your locations, your store scans the customer's digital card (the QR code shown in the Spraed app) and enters the transaction amount. Spraed processes the transaction in real time and notifies the customer of the benefit earned — typically within a few seconds.

The customer can then use their accumulated benefit (cashback credit, points, or stamps) at any location within your network on a subsequent visit.

Loyalty liability​

Every benefit you issue to a customer represents a commitment your brand has made. Spraed tracks this as your loyalty balance — the total outstanding benefits currently held by your members. Monitoring this figure helps you understand your financial exposure and plan promotions accordingly.

Because all locations belong to the same brand, there is no need for financial settlement between stores. When a customer redeems at a different location from where they earned, it stays entirely within your own accounts.

Member onboarding​

When you activate your program, Spraed generates a printable A5 poster with a QR code unique to your program. Place it at your till or entrance. Customers scan it, download the Spraed app if they haven't already, create an account, and are immediately enrolled in your program.

No staff training required beyond showing customers where the poster is.

From the Spraed app you can:

  • View your current loyalty balance and transaction history
  • See active members and their engagement
  • Create and schedule promotions and campaigns
  • Manage store locations
  • Configure program rules and reward rates
  • Export data and reports
