News & Announcements
News & Announcements is a single content type that lets you publish updates, communications, and notices directly to your audience inside the app.
Use it to share program updates, seasonal messages, policy changes, or any information relevant to your members.

Cover images
The app supports dark mode. If your image has sufficient contrast in both themes, you can use a single image for both. If the same image looks poor in one of the two modes (for example, a light background image that disappears against a white UI), upload a separate version optimised for that theme.
When only the light cover is provided, it is used in both modes.
Targeting
By default, a news item is visible to all users. Apply targeting filters to control who sees it. See Targeting for the full list of available filters.
Publishing
News items are published immediately upon saving. Review your content carefully before submitting -- there is no draft mode.
