Who creates Education content
Education articles are written and published exclusively by the Spraed editorial team. Businesses and merchants cannot create Education content independently through the admin panel.
If you want to propose a topic or contribute material for publication, contact Spraed support. The editorial team will review your proposal and coordinate the publication.
Categories and tags
Each article is assigned one or more categories (for example, Loyalty Strategy, Communication, Analytics) and may have free-text tags for more granular classification. Categories are defined by the editorial team and may evolve over time.

Targeting
Education articles support the same targeting filters as all other content types. An article can be restricted to a specific audience, program shape, program type, or individual program. See Targeting for details.
Visibility in the app
Education articles appear in a dedicated section of the app. Members may encounter them through browsing, search, or contextual recommendations depending on their enrolled programs and profile.
