Subscription & Plans

A Spraed subscription gives you access to the platform features you need to run your loyalty program. Plans are built modularly: you start with a required base plan and add optional modules based on your needs.

Free trial

Every new subscriber gets a 30-day free trial. When you activate the trial, a zero-value invoice is generated and made available in your Invoices section. No charge is applied during this period. A few days before the trial ends, you will receive an email notification with details of the upcoming charge.

Plan structure

Plans are composed of modules. There are no named tiers: you assemble your own plan by selecting the modules you need.

Base plan

The base plan is mandatory and is the starting point for every subscription. It includes:

  • Full access to all platform features (program setup, promotions, content management, reports, and more)
  • 1 location included

Additional modules

Extra LocationsOne additional location per unit. Locations can be added one at a time, up to a maximum of 999.
InsightsAccess to the Insights module, including Overview, Customers, Transactions, and Benefits analytics. Future AI-assisted promotion features will be included in this module when available.

Pricing for each module is published on the Spraed website. The sections below describe how discounts are applied.

Changing your plan

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the app. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There is no fee to change plans.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it becomes inactive. For information on what happens to your data after cancellation, see Billing Model — Data retention.
